返品・キャンセル / Returns and cancellations
商品到着から30日以内であれば、使用後でも返品・返金を承ります（付属品をすべて揃えてご返送ください）。返品の前に必ずメールでご連絡ください。発送前のご注文は、ご注文から12時間以内であればキャンセルできます。
You can return your order within 30 days of delivery for a refund, even if used, as long as it is complete. Please email us before sending anything back. Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if they haven't been dispatched.
