Colours can vary slightly between screens, and minor design changes may occur between production batches. Battery runtime and performance depend on the speed setting, the head used and the surface being cleaned.

- All prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise, and may change without notice.
- Promotions and bundle discounts apply only for the period shown and can't be combined unless stated.
- Payment is taken when you place your order. You confirm that you're authorised to use the payment method you provide.
5. Orders
We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is out of stock, a pricing error occurred, or an order appears fraudulent. If we cancel an order after you've paid, we'll refund you in full. We may limit quantities per customer.
6. Shipping, returns and refunds
Delivery times and costs are described in our Shipping policy. Returns and refunds are covered by our Refund policy, including our 30-day money-back guarantee.
7. Safe use
Use Reset Scrub according to the included instructions. Don't submerge the handheld unit in water, charge it only when dry, keep it away from children, and test the soft heads on a small hidden area of delicate surfaces first. We aren't responsible for damage caused by misuse or by using the wrong head on a surface.
8. Reviews and content you submit
If you submit a review, photo or other content, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, display and share it in connection with our store and marketing. You confirm that your content is honest, yours to share, and not unlawful or offensive. We may remove content at our discretion.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos and the Reset Scrub name, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
